Sunday Morning Classes
– "Sriman Narayaneeyam" is a masterly condensation of the famous Bhagavata Mahapurana and was composed by Melpathur Narayana Bhattatiri, a great devotee-poet who lived in Kerala during 16th centrury A.D. This work occupies a very high place in Sanskrit literature both becasue of the intense devotional fervous of the verses and of their extra-ordinary literary merit.
Sri Swami Shantanandji will explore the meanings and delve deep into its vedantic suggestions.

Srimad Bhagavat Geeta
– Srimad
Bhagavad Geeta occupies an incomparable place in the world’s spiritual
literature. It is a Divine Mantra capable of bestowing a
distinguished life of Abiding Joy and Supreme Peace. Infinitely
rich in its suggestiveness, this celestial song of the Lord has a verse
for everyone of us. Which transform the very foundations of our life.
Dynamism outside with Supreme Peace inside is the central message of the
Geeta.
Classes
are held on the first three Mondays of the month from 7.30 to 9.00 pm.

Srimad Bhagavatam - Srimad Bhagavatam is unique from the standpoint
that mere listening to it, one can attain the Supreme and the proof of
this is King Parikshit himself. King Parikshit had only seven days
to live due to a curse of a Rishi putra, listens to Srimad Bhagavatam
from none other than Sri Suka Maharshi himself and attains salvation at
the end of 7 days. Srimad Bhagavatam also gives a sadhaka varieties
of sadhanas that one can easily practice to live a cheerful and happy
life.

4. Panchadasi – This is one of the most popular Vedantic
Texts written by Sri Swami Vidyaranya, the author of Sri Sankara
Digvijayam. Panchadasi is so named as it consists of 15
chapters. These are grouped into three sections. Viveka
panchaka dealing with discrimination of the real from the
non-real. This section deals with the Sat (Pure
existence) aspect of the Supreme Self, Brahman. The
second panchaka (5 chapters) are called Dipa-panchaka expounding
the nature of the Self as pure consciousness. This is the Chit
(Awareness) aspect of Brahman. The third section deals with
the Ananda (Bliss) aspect of the Supreme Self, Brahman.

are held on the first 3 Tuesdays of the month from 6.00 to 7.00 am.
5. Vivekachoodamani
– This
work of Sri Sankaracharya is the cream of the Upanishads and the Bhagavad
Geeta. It re-educates the student, in a systematic way, to provide
him with a new vision of life. To one, who is making a deep study
of Vivekachoodamani, no other help is needed for leading him to a
spiritual life and guiding him to his self improvement.

Rudrabhishekam – On every Sunday from 6.00 to 7.00 pm
(Winter time) & 7.00 to 8.00 pm (Summer time – Daylight Saving time).
