The 2018 CMTC CORD Walkathon will be held on Sunday, October 28th, 2018 at Mercer County Park. Now, is time to register. Here is the link where you can register yourself and your family members. Parents, we ask that each walker be registered so we get an accurate count to help with the logistics.
Click on the above Registration button.
Our walkathon is in support of CORD USA, a secular, non-profit organization that aims to help communities create a sustainable program to aid in their holistic welfare. The funds we raise are used to facilitate integrated, sustainable social help programs in local communities and in the Indian subcontinent through processes of self-empowerment and enrichment. This summer, many of our Balavihar senior class students worked with CORD development programs in India and this winter, some more of them will be doing the same. You will hear more about their first hand experiences during Balavihar sessions in the fall.
If you wish to make your payment right now, click here. The payment for all participants can be combined into one. Please use the receipt from CORDUSA to apply for Corporate Matching funds.
If your employer has a matching fund program for your charitable contributions or would like to sponsor the Walkathon, now is a good time to start the paperwork process to leverage those programs. CORDUSA Tax-ID: 27-0540459
